At Vin Chicago, we stand behind the quality of our selection; if you encounter a corked or flawed bottle, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Please note that we cannot accept returns on wine that has been adversely affected by improper storage or extreme weather conditions after leaving our premises.
Verify the Flaw
Keep the remaining contents of the bottle and the original cork, as we may require the physical bottle to process a quality claim with the distributor.
Contact Our Team
Email our support team or visit your local Vin Chicago retail location with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Return to Store
Bring the bottle to any of our Chicago-area locations for an in-person inspection by our wine specialists.
Receive Credit
Once the flaw is verified, we will issue a replacement of the same vintage or provide a store credit for the full purchase price.
